A wine list??! Um… Err… I don’t know anything about wine though…
Many people do not know much about wine, and are confused by terms like vintage, reserve and Grand Cru – and if that’s you, you are in good company!
What we most commonly find, though, is that people know what wine they like. You might stumble on your preferred tipple when at a party or having dinner with friends. You may have always drunk the same wine. Or you just find you like most wine that you try.

Which colour (grape, appellation etc.) you like is very personal too; I was out with friends last week and we decided that I was the white wine drinker, one friend was on red and the other rosé. Some of that was based on how we felt that day and partly on what we always like to drink. And if you are the sort of person whose heart sinks when a waiter says would you like to see the wine list – don’t panic! Wine lists for any celebration or event can be a great option and here at the Hollington Wine Company, they are easy to create and manage.
